Payroll, accounting, audit, and statutory records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons even after an account is closed.
QuickBooks integration data, such as connection status, account mappings, journal entry references, and sync logs, may be retained as part of payroll and accounting audit history.

Deletion may be subject to legal, accounting, tax, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations. Where immediate deletion is not possible, we will restrict or retain the information only as required for those purposes.
If you disconnect QuickBooks Online, Lypso will stop using the connection to access QuickBooks data. Some historical integration records, such as prior journal export references and audit logs, may be retained to preserve payroll and accounting history.
